What should I expect from my first consultation?

Your consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your goals and challenges and outline a plan for your journey ahead.

What are the Rates and Insurance for sessions/assessments?

At CCMI, we are committed to providing accessible, high-quality mental health and substance use services. We offer both self-pay options and accept select insurance plans.

Session Rates (Self-Pay)

  • Individual Therapy (50–60 minutes): $150
  • Diagnostic Assessment (60 minutes): $250
  • Couples Therapy (50–60 minutes): $250–$350

Rates may vary slightly by provider and service type.

We accept major forms of payment, including all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), as well as HSA/FSA cards.

INSURANCE 

We are currently in-network with:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna

Additional insurance panels are in progress.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, including copays, deductibles, and coverage limits. If needed, our team is happy to assist you with this process prior to your first appointment.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

What are the Rates for Counselor Supervision?

  1. Individual Supervision:

    • 60-minute session: $100
    • Package of 5 sessions: $450 (10% discount)
    • Package of 10 sessions: $850 (15% discount)

  2. Triadic Supervision (Small Group of 3):

    • 90-minute session: $150 ($50 per participant)
    • Package of 5 sessions: $675 ($225 per participant) (10% discount)
    • Package of 10 sessions: $1,275 ($425 per participant) (15% discount)

  3. Group Supervision (Up to 8 Participants):

    • 2-hour session: $200
    • Package of 5 sessions: $900 (10% discount)
    • Package of 10 sessions: $1,700 (15% discount)

Please note that prices may vary depending supervisee needs as well as any additional services provided. Adjustments can be made based on specific requirements or agreements with the clients.
